Dr Wester from CEDAR Education CIC will be delivering a public lecture at the University Centre Shrewsbury on Friday, 17th March from 1:00-2:15pm with a question and answer period afterward. She will be speaking on the research sponsored by Healthwatch Shropshire that she and Mrs Kathryn Walker conducted on the Life Lessons project sponsored by the Office of Police & Crime Commissioner of West Mercia from 2014-2016. This will be an enlightening talk about what happens when young people are taught about death, dying and loss.

At what age should they learn about such a powerful and transforming ‘Life Lesson’? Come and find out on 17th March. This talk is free and open to the public, but spaces are limited and booking is essential. Contact the University Centre Shrewsbury to book your place at communications@ucshrewsbury.ac.uk. The talk will be delivered at UCS, Rowley’s House, Barker Street, Shrewsbury SY1 1QH.
