It is that time of year again – both challenging and enjoyable. It can be delightful to be around family and friends at Christmas and to enjoy good food and good fellowship, but it can also be sad to remember those we have loved that died in previous years close the to the holiday season. So how can you both celebrate the ones you miss while keeping the festivities light-hearted and loving? Join us to learn how to talk about death in healthy and appropriate ways with the ones you love over the holidays. Remembering someone who has died does not have to be unpleasant. In fact it can be very up-lifting. Come to another wonderful class by the award-winning Dr Judith Wester and let her teach you how to bring remembrance back into your life. This class will also cover ideas around biographical pain and some of the words we associate with death, which we need to stop using. This class is suitable for everyone from 14+yrs. Grab a hot drink in the cafe before or after the class and meet other interesting participants to engage with and talk to.
We look forward to seeing you there. Advance booking is essential.
