No one’s talking about it…except at the Death Cafe. Come break the taboo over tea, coffee and cake and learn more about life’s greatest mystery. Everyone of all ages is welcome. With tea and cake from the wonderful Palmer’s, come and enjoy an introductory talk by Dr Judith Wester of CEDAR Education. Then ask questions or share stories with your companion tea drinkers in a safe and kind environment. What’s been said about our past events:
“It was a great way to break the taboo of talking about death. I felt more comfortable than I thought I would and met some interesting people who talked about things from a different perspective.”
The conversation is free. We request a £15 donation for food and drink and support for our Life Lessons programme for young people.
Parking in Frankwell Quay (SY3 8HQ) is a short walk away, and recommended so you do not run out of time.
